Email:
Alisha earned a B.S. in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University. Following her undergraduate studies, she earned a post-graduate teaching certificate, which currently includes certifications in secondary mathematics and middle school science.

Alisha has four years of experience teaching secondary students in a private school setting. During this time, she has taught a wide range of courses across multiple grade levels, including 7th grade Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Middle School Science, Biology, Yearbook, and Ceramics. She has also held various roles, including serving as Lead Middle School Teacher and Middle School Trip Coordinator.

Alisha has a genuine passion for teaching math because she loves helping students build confidence as they discover they can understand and succeed in a subject that can often feel intimidating. Seeing their "aha" moments and watching their problem-solving skills grow is incredibly rewarding for her. When she is not teaching, she enjoys crafting, gardening, working in her ceramics studio, and spending time with her family and pets.
