CTL is more than a school for children — it is also a place where teachers grow. Our expert faculty engage in ongoing professional development to design and implement innovative, research-based practices across the curriculum.​

We share what we learn with educators across the state and nation through demonstrations, workshops, presentations, and publications. By opening our doors to others, we help shape the future of teaching and learning beyond our own classrooms.​

CTL also partners closely with surrounding colleges and universities. As a demonstration site, we host teacher candidates, mentor practicing teachers, and support school leaders who want to learn more about inquiry-based, student-centered education and how to bring it into their own classrooms and schools.
